Payment Options

We only support purchases via Paypal invoicing services or bank transfer to ensure a secure and effective payment. Follow the instuctions for placing an order will enable us to generate a paypal invoice to you by email (THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 48 Hours if it is not a working day) This can then be paid by credit, debit or paypal. We only see your name and delivery address. Once we receive your payment we will email you to confirm the anticipated shipping date (we carry a small stock of popular units others are built to order and usually take around 10 days).

To pay by electronic bank transfer simply fill in the order form with your name and address and tick the bank transfer box, we will send you an email confirming your order, the anticipated shipping date and the bank details to send the payment too.

We will only accept an order for shipment once payment has been received and confirmed via email to you. We are unable to accept orders via the phone, cash or cheque payments

Posting Your Order

Orders for most regulators are usually dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving payment (10 days for non standard units). On occassions there will be additional delays but we monitor emails/orders and will advise accordingly.

For all orders, to any country, we ONLY use signed for or tracked/signed for delivery and products are all sent via Royal mail.

Placing an order

Unit Type, Polarity, Voltage and Current Limit

2. FILL IN THE SHIPPING DETAILS

Please fill all fields including the country

3. CLICK NEXT TO CALCULATE TOTAL PRICE

Make sure you tick Paypal or Bank payment

4. COPY PURCHASE ID into CONFIRM ID BOX

This will confirm you are a real person and not a bot

5. CLICK CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON TO CONFIRM PURCHASE

We will then send the payment paperwork (usually within 48 hours) to the email address provided

NOTE - the form can currently only be used to order the DVR regulators at present and only single items at a time. For multiple unit orders please email us using the contact form. As additional products are introduced they will be available for purchase
